Tim Ferriss is an American author, entrepreneur, early-stage technology investor, and podcaster known for his bestselling '4-Hour' book series, including The 4-Hour Workweek, The 4-Hour Body, and The 4-Hour Chef. He hosts The Tim Ferriss Show, a long-running interview podcast that has exceeded one billion downloads.
Tim Ferriss graduated from Princeton University where he studied East Asian Studies. After graduation, he founded BrainQUICKEN, an online nutritional supplements business. Ferriss published The 4-Hour Workweek in 2007, which became a New York Times bestseller and popularized the concept of 'lifestyle design'. In 2014, he launched The Tim Ferriss Show, a podcast that has been downloaded over one billion times. He is also an early-stage angel investor with investments in companies such as Uber, Facebook, and Shopify.
